#5 Otha Peters

Position: LB

Height: 6'1"

Weight: 228 

Previous School: Covington High School

2012 Stats: 32 total tackles-- 14 solo tackles, 18 assists, .5 for loss; .5 sacks and two quarterback hurries

2012: Played in 10 games for the Razorbacks, while starting his last three games. He was named to the SEC All-Freshman team. Had a career high eight tackles and one quarterback hurry against South Carolina and recorded the same stats the next week at Mississippi State.


#8 Tevin Mitchel

Position: CB

Height: 6'

Weight: 192 

Previous School: Legacy High School

2012 Stats: 26 total tackles--10 solo tackles, 16 assists, .5 for loss; 4 pass breakups; 2 forced fumbles; 1 interception

2012: Played in eight games and made seven starts. Missed four games due to injury. Recorded a season-high eight tackles, two forced fumbles and one pass breakup in the game against ULM before suffering injury in the fourth quarter. 

2011: Played in all 13 games and started seven games, including the final six games. Named to the SEC All-Freshman Team. His total tackles ranked third among freshman in the SEC and sixth on the team. Had a career high 13 tackles and a fumble recovery in the win over Texas A&M. 


#9 Will Hines 

Position: CB

Height: 6'1"

2012 Stats:  22 total tackles--15 solo tackles, 7 assists; 1 interception; 1 forced fumble-- 1 fumble recovery

2012: Played in all 12 games and started in the final nine games. He recorded a career-high six tackles at Texas A&M. 


#18 Zach Hocker

Position: K

Height: 6'0"

Weight: 180

Previous School: Russellville High School

2012 Stats:  65 total points-- 11-18 FG, 32-32 XPA; 58 total kickoffs--average 64.7 yards, 39 touchbacks

2012: Played in all 12 games. He broke the record for Arkansas career points scored with 287 points. His kickoff average led the NCAA. His 39 touchbacks were third in the conference and 11th in the NCAA. He was named SEC Special Teams Player of the Week following the Kentucky game. 

2011: Played in all 13 games for the Razorbacks. Broke the Arkansas single-season record for points by a kicker with 118 points. He led all SEC kickers and was second overall in the SEC and was 17th in the NCAA with an average of 9.1 points per game. 

2010: Played in all 13 games. Named to the SEC All-Freshman Team with a 104 points. He was just one of two kickers in the SEC to be perfect on PAT kicks. His long of 51 yards was the Arkansas freshman record and the longest kick in Arkansas history since 1988.


#19 Javontee Herndon

2012 Stats: 304 receiving yards, 3 receiving touchdowns; 1 total tackle--1 solo tackle

2012: Played in all 12 games and started two games. Had a career-high six receptions for 84 yards at Mississippi State. He record a solo tackle in the win over Tulsa. 

2011: Appeared in all 13 games, including one start. He had eight receptions for 137 yards and had three tackles on special teams. 

2010: Played in 12 games, only missing one game against Alabama. Finished the season with two receptions for 32 yards. Tied for fifth on the team with seven special team tackles. 


#26 Rohan Gaines

Position: S

Height: 5'11" 

Weight: 190

Previous School: Brainbridge High School

2012 Stats: 75 total tackles-- 41 solo tackles, 34 assists; 1 forced fumble; 4 pass breakups; 1 quarterback hurry

2012: Played in all 12 games and started 11 of those games. He was named a Freshman All-American by FoxSportsNext and to the SEC All-Freshman team. His tackles ranked second on the team and third in the SEC. Had a career high 11 tackles against No. 1 Alabama. 

2011: Redshirt. 


#32 Jonathan Williams

Position: RB

Height: 6'0"

Weight: 205

Previous School: Allen High School

2012 Stats: 231 rushing yards; 208 receiving yards, 2 receiving touchdowns

2012: Played in 11 games and made two starts for the Razorbacks. He was the only player from the SEC to have two 70-plus yard receptions in the same game and one of the two freshman in the NCAA to have two 70-plus yard touchdown receptions in the same game. 


#42 Chris Smith

Position: DE

2012 Stats: 50 total tackles-- 28 solo tackles, 22 assists, 13 for loss; 9.5 sacks; 12 quarterback hurries; 4 pass breakups; 1 forced fumble

2012: Started in all 12 games games. He was named to the honorable-mention All-SEC team. His 13 tackles for loss was seventh-highest single-season for Arkansas. His average of .79 sacks per game was fourth in the SEC and 25th in NCAA. His average of 1.08 tackles for loss per game tied for fifth in the conference. He recorded a career-high eight tackles, 1.5 for loss, one sack, two quarterback hurries, two pass breakups and one forced fumble in the win over Tulsa. He was named SEC Co-Defensive Lineman of the week for his performance against Tulsa. He was also named SEC Co-Defensive Lineman of the week earlier in the season in the win over Jacksonville State. 

2011: Played in all 13 games, including three starts. He recorded 31 tackles, six for loss, 3.5 sacks, two quarterback hurries and one pass breakup. His tackles for loss ranked fourth on the team. 

2010: Appeared in six games for the Razorbacks. He finished the season with three tackles and one pass breakup. 


#82 Mekale McKay

Position: WR

2012 Stats: 317 receiving yards, 2 receiving touchdowns

2012: Played in all 12 games and made 10 starts for the Hogs. His receiving yards were second on the team. He tied for fourth on the team for receptions and touchdown receptions. He tied for third among freshman in the SEC with eight catches of 15 yards or more. He also tied fourth among freshman in the SEC with three receptions of at least 25 yards. He ranked fourth in the SEC in total touchdowns


#86 Trey Flowers

Position: DE

Height: 6'4"

Weight: 243

Previous School: Columbia High School

2012 Stats: 50 total tackles--21 solo tackles, 27 assists, 13 for loss; 6 sacks; 11 quarterback hurries; 3 pass breakups

2012: Started in all 12 games. His average of 1.08 tackles for loss per game tied for fifth in the SEC. His average .5 sacks per game tied for eighth in the SEC. He was named SEC Defensive Lineman of the Week after recording five tackles and two quarterback hurries again Auburn. He posted a career high 10 tackles in the final game against LSU. 

2011: Played in all 13 games and made three starts. He was named to the SEC All-Freshman team. He recorded 28 tackles, 5.5 for loss, one sack, two pass breakups and one quarterback hurry.
