Unfortunately, I would be surprised to see BJ Young get drafted tonight. He will have to join a team through signing as a free agent. BJ is a true shooting guard with terrible shooting skills. He is more of a slasher/drive to the hole kind of guy but is not a true point guard. He is a little small and has a lot of areas to improve on. Another year or more of college would have helped his draft stock.
As well, I don't believe Marshawn Powell will be drafted either and will also have to sign as a free agent. Marshawn has had many injuries throughout his college career (possibly the reason he pulled out of college early to enter to the draft--before he got injured again). Marshawn will have trouble with a true position in the NBA. He is not quick enough to play against other small forwards and lacks explosiveness. He is also to small and lacks strengths to play with power forwards. He is a player with a lot of potential but his lack of true position is a huge negative.
